Shabbat Shalom to you all!

This evening and tomorrow is the Sabbath, and this year shares the privilege of being a New Moon (which is a concealed moon), and also marks the first month of the year given by YHVH God to Israel of His redemptive calendar for His creation.  I believe that the conception of the Messiah/Christ by the Holy Spirit occurred at this time:  the glory of God concealed in a chosen humble virgin daughter of Israel — a tabernacle of God — until His birth nine months later.  At the end of the Book of Exodus, we see the glory of YHVH fill the newly constructed tabernacle in the desert, and not even Moses could enter.  This was on the first day of the first month for the Israelis, a day of beginning their journey with the glory cloud leading them to the Promised Land. 

In two weeks, on the Full Moon, the Passover will be remembered by Jewish people everywhere, commemorating the death of the Lamb of God for the redemption of His people.  He has freed us from slavery in order to be free to serve Him all the days of our lives.
