The Gospel

There is one gospel.  Any other “gospel” is not the “good news/glad tidings”. (Gal 1:6-9) The gospel of Jesus Christ/Yeshua the Messiah includes the gospel of salvation and the gospel of the Kingdom of God. (Mk 1:1; Lk 24:46-49; Rom 1:16; Mt 24:9-14; Is 40:9-11

These are not two gospels, but one:  unless one is born-again from Above by the Holy Spirit, he can neither see nor enter the Kingdom of God. (Jn 3:3-7)  In other words, one must be saved — repent and believe the gospel, have their sins forgiven, be baptized by the Holy Spirit, and receive the free gift of eternal life — to see and to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.  These two aspects are joined together, not separate.  One who is saved should know Jesus Christ as both Savior and Lord.  The King of Glory was obedient to the Father unto death on the cross for our sins.  He died, was buried, rose on the third day, according to the Scriptures; was seen alive for 40 days by His apostles and disciples, and hundreds of others; He ascended back to His glory in Heaven, seated at the right hand of the Father, where He intercedes for those who are His; and He will return at the Father’s appointed time to bring in the everlasting Kingdom of God which will never pass away.  Hallelu-Yah!

Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
