Rom 6:17 But thanks be to our God that you were the slaves of sin, but you have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. Then being made free from sin, you became the slaves of righteousness.
Lord’s Supper: Yeshua is the Lamb of God – the Passover Lamb – and in the last Passover which He ate with His disciples, He said that the Passover of the New Covenant is about Himself: His flesh and His blood, shed to bring all who believe out from the bondage and futility of this world, and for the forgiveness of sins.
Is 42:6 I Yehovah have called You in righteousness, and will hold Your hand, and will keep You, and give You for a covenant of the people, for a Light of the nations;
Jer 31:31-34 (30-33 Heb) Behold, the days come, says Yehovah, that I will cut a new covenant with the house ofIsrael, and with the house ofJudah, not according to the covenant that I cut with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of thelandofEgypt; which covenant of Mine they broke, although I was a husband to them, says Yehovah; but this shall be the covenant that I will cut with the house ofIsrael: After those days, says Yehovah, I will put My Law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. And they shall no more teach each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, Know Yehovah; for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says Yehovah. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sins no more.

Ex 13:8 And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, This is because of what Yehovah did for me when I came out from Egypt.
Dt 6:23 And He brought us out from there so that He might bring us in to give us the land which He swore to our fathers.
1Cor 11:23 For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which he was betrayed took bread;
I was there in Yeshua when He died on the cross: for if He died for all men, then I died then, too, and needed to be born-again by God, reconciled to Him through the forgiveness of my sins. (2Cor 5:14-15, 17-18)
–crucified with Messiah – Gal 2:20
–died with Christ — Rom 6:8; 2Tim 2:11
–buried with Him — Rom 6:4; Col 2:12
–raised with Him;alive together with Him — Col 3:1; Eph 2:5-6; 2Tim 2:11
–seated together with Him in ascension – Eph 2:6
We eat these two covenant meals – the Passover of the first covenant; the Lord’s Supper of the New Covenant – to remember God our Creator and Redeemer and Savior, who has brought us out with power, that we might serve and worship Him in freedom. He revealed Himself in history to our fathers, and worked wonders on their behalf; and He still does the same for us who put our trust in Him for final deliverance from our enemies. (Mic 7:15; Jer 16:14-15; 23:7-8) YHVH is ever the same Mighty God!
