When it rains in the Negev the water washes down the hills and collects into a rushing torrent that fills the wadis.
These filled wadis are from the spring 2007 rains that the land was blessed with. This year the rains continued a little
longer into the Spring. This is always exciting news for Israel! Isaiah 35:6-7
